After 10 years in the industry, Chris helped create Northeast Realty + Co. A boutique brokerage that offers a truly personalized service in the Mass real estate industry, specifically in the investment/rental niche servicing landlords with large property portfolios.

Chris has a large number of investors in his network and a specific system in place for identifying cash-flowing properties for them while keeping them filled with A+ tenants. He also has a very strong sales history, getting his clients top dollar, often over asking, for their properties. Achieved through skilled marketing, pricing structure, and negotiation on the back end. He truly loves what he does and enjoys the hustle needed to be successful in this competitive real estate market.

In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors as much as possible, whether it’s fly fishing or hitting the slopes out West. He also volunteers as a ski patroller at Wachusett Mountain and is fluent in Polish.
